Melinda de Niet
Should you call our office, chances are Melinda will be the first to speak to you. This is because she has started in the position of receptionist & administrative assistant. "So my name is Melinda, I am 23 years old and live in Rijswijk. Before this new adventure at PDI, I was employed at a company in transport engineering. Where I also held a similar position. Of course, I have only been with PDI for a short time, but I can already tell that there is a nice atmosphere. "Horticulture" is still new to me, but I think I will soon get used to it. So who knows, we might speak to each other soon".
Perry Fransen
In the Office Sales department, Perry joined the team. "For me, PDI is an old acquaintance. I worked here seven years ago, but then as a technician. Then I did some hopping around as a freelancer in greenhouse construction and finally ended up in a car garage in the workshop reception department. Due to a sudden sale of this garage, I had to look for a new challenge. When I saw the advertisement at PDI, I responded immediately. During the job interview, I immediately saw "old friends" walking around. It soon felt familiar. My job at PDI is to calculate the new projects and draw up the right offer. I think this is a great challenge because I have the necessary experience in the field and I know how a screen system works".

Since I am only short at this company, I do notice that there is a pleasant atmosphere. The agriculture business is new for me, but I think I'll get used to it soon. Who knows that we speak to each other very soon".

At the office sales department Perry just joined the team. "PDI is very known to me. 7 years ago I have worked here as a mechanic. After that I did a bit of this and that and ended in a garage where I worked at the reception. Because the garage was suddenly sold I had to look for a new challenge. When I saw the PDI advertisement I did not hesitate. Coming again to the PDI building felt good immediately. I even saw some guys back from the old days. My new job is costprice engineer and I am responsible for making the offers. My experience as a screenmechanic is helping me a lot at the moment. Screeninstallations have no secrets for me any more".
